FEES: Fees are determined by the distance to be traveled, so call us for a quote that will be honored and that can be included on the HUD1.

NEGOTIATE: If the fee seems too high for your customer, See if your lender, realtor, etc. or your firm won’t absorb part of the fee.  Consider HOW MUCH TIME YOU SAVE with us doing the signings for you!!
